Poultry Predictor. Predicted time: 24:30. I was a little off. Ran this at threshold effort the whole race. The front pack went out pretty fast, I went out pretty slow and just worked on picking people off left and right. It was pretty fun but I was totes sore from lifting and plyos yesterday. But I suppose that's how it goes. The team looked good today though.
