Dang tough day. 1.5 (Threshold), 1 (10k), 1/2 (5k). Wind blowing east f'd up my s. I felt pretty terrible on the warmup. For whatever reason, just felt out of sorts. Tried to put that behind me. Ran the first rep very well - felt better, smooth, wind was more at my back so that helped. Running north wasn't easy either, and I slowed down on the mile. On the half mile, I just let the wind get the best of me.

Instead of focusing on the work I needed to do, I just was making excuses about how much better this would be going indoors, or how maybe I should just cut a repeat. I went in trying to do 2 sets, but knew from the start that was not in the cards today. I think my legs are still tuckered from the effort Sunday and the rest of me is not feeling well from the stomach bug I was having. Just going to put this one behind me and have a better day tomorrow.
