Weight room to myself. Did plyos and weights.

Little hop Circuit

Box Jumps

Drop and Secondary Hop on to box

Dead Lift - 12 @ 135, then 2 sets of 5 at 205, 2 sets of 5 at 225.

Hip Extension - Sets of 10, up to 105 lbs

SL Leg Extension -- nice to have the machines working, tried to focus on being dynamic.

Bench Press - was going fine and then on the third set had a really strange pain in my hand, which is funny because I don't lift much but it forced me to stop that.

Chest Flies

Laying Down - Arm Extension Overhead to in line with body followed by kickbacks

Bicep curl with the bar followed by shoulder shrugs

Back Extension.

Good extensive lift. Hope I am sore tomorrow.
