Notes

Did the initial workout (2x(12-6-6) with Libby and then added a 600 with group 2 and then 2x200 with the dudes. Kinda windy, Guess we pushed too hard the first set - a little surprised that Libby was that fatigued. On the second 1200 she was just out of it until the final lap because the final lap was 84 which is what we were targeting. The last 200 of each 2nd 600 was supposed to be shifting gears, but that did not really happen too much. I knew going in that the girls were going to have a tough time with it, but I thought that with the alotted recovery (2:30 after 1200, 3:00 after 600, 5:00 between sets), that they would be alright. We crossed a bit into anaerobic so the girls were feeling the jelly legs. Last 600 was good with group 2. On the 200s the guys were being obnoxious so I yelled at them.

I felt pretty good today... 4:18 was a quicker way to start, but not too bad
