Notes
First snow run of the year. Met up with Jordan at 9 AM and headed to Country Club. Hit with some stomach problems around 3-4 and took a pit stop at the potty. Just felt all out of sorts today. Stride felt super choppy and my back was v tight. Felt like I was working for a 6:30 effort and running 7:30s :/. Friday probably contributed to this even though I got some decent rest last night. Most mileage since the marathon tho in a week so not all bad.
