Now this is the messed up part because naturally I can’t even call it a day after the ankle roll. So I hop on the bike and do ten miles. Thought I was moving pretty quick until a guy on his nice carbon fiber bike burned me. I assume the difference between 20 mph and 15 mph on the bike is like 7 and 8 minute per mile running, just another level
