This was a good run. Went out in the country. I was happy, really happy because this is the first time my calves didn’t hurt at any point on the long run in that thing that made things so much better. Try to keep a good pace on the way back. At least wanted to hit 10 miles at a good clip and then decidedTo battle the last 2 miles as well. Feels like the fitness is coming in quicker this week, so gotta make sure not to overdo it in the coming days
