This was nice. Just doing the team workouts through the next week as solidarity with those still doing them. This was in the arb and it was windy but I spiked up because I wanted to. Felt really good on that second 8 and would be interested to see how this would have gone on the track. I feel like I’ve picked up right where I left off with track strength which makes me happy except for not having a track to run on.

Legs were a bit tired from the lift yesterday but overall I thought today was nice. Very nice
