Notes
The workout was at goal pace for the 400 repeats and at current 1500 pace for the 800s. Overall, it went pretty well. It was just Blake and I out there. 400s felt pretty good, but the 800s left something to be desired. I wanted to run faster and Blake and I would switch off the lead at 400, but it wasn't there today. I really had the "indoor lung" sensation today, which made things unpleasent. My hamstrings tightened up as well during the second 800. Blake dropped me on that last 400, but I was ok with that.
