7:32, 7:11, 6:48, 6:38, 6:28, 6:06. Good workout today. Got the cutdown I needed, the group held together. Felt really good today and I thought I was gonna fade before I even started. I feel like I shoulda been up a group today, but whatever. Felt like I got the benefit of the workout, but did not really try too hard today.
