Notes
Met Forrest for his workout and tried to use this as a tune-up for the Breaking2(55) project next week. Weather helps big time, it's so nice outside. Ran to the Rail Trail and did about 4.5 before I started running with Forrest. Tried to do as many 6:35 miles today as we could. Got Forrest through 5 and then I wanted to continue that pace until I got to 13. After mile 12, I just decided to hammer and ran a 5:46. Cooled down after that.
Overall good day. Feeling confident, probably need to take this next week a bit less quality work, but my legs are feeling very good. First 70 mile week since spring break.
