Workshop run. 18 easy, which became pushing Dylan for 13, but felt very relaxed.
▪️no coffee (100 mg caffeine maurten instead)
▪️oatmeal per usual
▪️caffeine gel at 5 and 15 (275 total), non caffeine gel at 10. Think I stick with two caffeine gels, third one felt a little funky.
▪️bottle of fluids during the run
