Notes

Workout was supposed to be 4x9' with 1' recovery. Not so good today. I ran two and fell off my group hard on the second one. I am a little disappointed in myself with my effort. I was not hurting or anything; I just let my mind get the best of me. But, I know I do belong in the group I am in. I have put in the work this summer. This was also the first workout trying to acclimate to the heat, so I will not let it phase me. I will be there Friday and push my group.
