Not feeling great and just a lot of stress all the time these days. Pretty much neverending. Long meeting made me late to practice, so I couldn't' run with the team (combined with the fact that my car cannot be parked in a convenient location). As a result, I just started on the track and then thought to myself that I could run a 5k by the time folks got back. Then I figured I would just push, so I wasn't getting the results I wanted the second mile, so I pushed harder. 5:20 felt hard, but not controlled and it's the fastest I've run in a while, so that made me feel better.
