Pretty solid tempo. First mile 5:52, second 6:04, 6:10. Wind was kind of a killer the last two miles, but I hit the three mile in 18:06. Which is about where I should have been. I picked it up more the last 5 minutes it was just that stretch on lincoln that was tough. Especially since I did this all by myself because everyone else is donezo.
