Last run in Georgia. There was nowhere to run within easy access so this was the same as the last couple days. At any rate, this felt good. I did 8 30 second surges with about 90 seconds in between. Felt fine. Long run tomorrow in urbana which I’m looking forward to. Not expecting to feel great after all this driving but I’ll get through it
