bitterly cold outside. Wore many layers, but nothing to cover the face. Started out very slow running with some of the girls and Aaron. Slowly started picking up the pace after we left the tempo loop and went towards the golfcourse loop. I split from Aaron about 2 and a half into that and ran down Kirby which was covered in ice and made for slow goings. Had to make a pitstop less than a mile from the armory. Still kinda feeling it. Good recovery day for inbetween wrkouts though.
