Urbana baby!


Felt really good when I got out the door, so wanted to take advantage of it and get some speed work in. Just gradual progression of pace with short recovery. 2K felt funky because I felt great but the time was much slower than expected. Switched to my flats and the same effort was much quicker so had to adjust. 30 seconds between 400s for the first 5, then switched to 5k pace and had about half rest (40-45 seconds). Felt great, buckled up for the mile effort 4s with equal rest. Just moved well, happy with today, happy that this does not really take a toll and will get two easy days in before this long tempo sunday.
