Lower leg circuit.

Single leg split squats into split quat jumps (3 sets of six)

Squat - 10 -8 -8 - 6- 2. Did 225 on the last set.

Bench Press - 10 - 8 - 4 (85 - 115 - 125). Would like to be more consistent with upper body.
