Solid on the track this morning. Wanted to try something a little different that wasn't too jarring from my typical routine. I've been meaning to incorporate stuff like this, but honestly just did not have the confidence to try it out. I think this is good for the 15k buildup, but for the half, I'm going to have the intervals and recoveries longer. The 6th interval was a bit tougher, but the whole while I was in control and feeling solid. Good to get the work done before school.
