The workout was 8x200 at 1500 pace (ranges 68-70) and then 4x150 (stride up to 800 pace). I was a little worried coming into this workout that I was not going to run it very well. Then we started. The first one was a little slow, I was not tired, but my legs felt tight. Then, I guess they loosened up because the rest of the workout felt great. I never felt like I was really straining, but I felt like I was giving the appropriate effort. My group was not able to hold together really well, I think it was a long day for some people. But I think things are going well right now for me personally. I think leg strength exercises are really helping as I am staying strong and my form is smooth through workouts. Hopefully I can carry this through the rest of the week.
