Notes

Guesstimating a little bit here. I know I did around 7.6 for warmup and cooldown. Swapped the teams workout today for my own since there was a bit of overlap there. Did 8 600s with Jeremie around 5:55 pace with active recovery for a minute on all of them. In between the six and the final two, I hopped in and out of other groups running 6:40-7:45 pace. Felt really springy today and gotta assume the easy day yesterday and this week as a whole has contributed to that. Did a few less miles than I wanted as a whole this week, but probably better that way. Just will keep things consistent the next few days and not over do it.

Today was really fun. Good pack running. Almost everyone is running at least 7 miles on longer days now. The tailgate breakfast was a great wrinkle as well today. Someone was clutch with the greek yogurt so I got quick protein and then loaded up on food after.
