Went into this workout pretty worried because I felt like dog crap on the warm-up and Threshold. However, it ended up going really well. I ran with Hearne who trailed off me the whole time, so I did about all of the work on this. The first one was a little quick, but felt good. I figured I'd go into this with the intent of running 34 second laps (~4:12 pace for 15) and for the most part I was quicker without hurting too much. Overall, I am pretty happy with this.
