Hopped into the girls workout to run with Libby. We were doing two minute cycles (15-30 seconds hard and the rest of the time easy) for 30 minutes. It was really windy and kinda chilly, but it was nice running. I felt really good. I ran with a whistle so that I could signal the other girls to start and stop. It's hard to spring and blow a whistle at the same time.
Hurdle mobility afterwards. I feel like my hip strength is pretty on point right now.
