Not quite Max day, but this was a good lift. Missing the supplementary lifts though.
Deadlift - hit 305 on the last set to join the 300 club :)
Squat - ended on the fourth set after three. A bit light-headed and rushing through.
Bench Press - 8 reps at 120 which is big improvement, 6 at 130, 4 at 140, 2 at 150. Made a shot for 160, but Forrest pulled it up so my pec didn't explode :)
