Notes

7 x hill repeats on 108th St. Pretty similar to the hill we do on St. Mary's. Our recovery ended up being about a minute, which was how long it took us to run down the hill. We were running pretty quick, probably an appropriate effort, but we had to be cautious because it was icy in some spots. Pretty good run with core and push-ups after.

Side-note: Still a good amount of tightness in my upper back.
