Squats - 10 w/ bar, 8 w/ 135, 6 w/ 155
DL - 10 w/ 135, 8 w/ 155, 6 w/ 175
Balance Work
Side Raise/Front Raise, Push Press - 2 x 10 (10 pounds for the raises/bar for the push press).
Good lift. Hard to shake the mentality that this is far from where I was a few months ago.
One of my goals for right now is getting away from the comparison game or the "should be" game and focusing on what "is" and how to move forward.
