THE WORKOUT WAS 3X1000. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO CUT DOWN MEANING THE FIRST 400 WAS AT 5K PACE AND THEN THE SECOND 300 WAS AT 1500 PACE AND THE LAST 300 WAS AT 800 PACE. THE FIRST ONE FELT PRETTY GOOD; I WAS TRYING TO SEE HOW MY KNEE WOULD BE AND IT REALLY WAS NOT A FACTOR. BUT I FEEL LIKE 3 DAYS OFF HURT ME. I DIED PRETTY HARD ON THE LAST 1000 IN THE LAST 300 METERS. ITS JUST ONE WORKOUT THOUGH. IM NOT GOING TO LET THIS EFFECT MY MENTALITY AND I'M GOING TO TRAIN HARD THE NEXT WEEK AND A HALF AND BE READY TO RUN FAST AT NATIONALS.
