Ran the first 70 minutes with Megan, Olivia, and Chian and then added on with Justice. Think we did about 8.5 miles or a little under in the 70 and then the 7.5 in 50, so a little progression of effort there. Went Stone Creek and then to the Urbana Country Club. Felt much better than last week even with the wind and rain today. It was cold at the end of the run.
