Ran this workout with Justice and Payton today. Legs felt pretty tired from workout saturday, LR yesterday. The guys were supposed to be running 90%RP so the first couple were too quick and I kept trying to pace them and they kept pushing until I pulled them aside and broke it down for them. Then we ran really consistently and on the last two I just said let's open up on the downhill a little bit. Overall, this felt super easy. It was a lot of rest though, so that was one reason.
