Tough doing speed in the morning. Trying to constrain my door ==> door time to 80 minutes and it is hard doing everything I want to do and account for rest and recovery. Wanted to get speed after the 8's, did that. Wanted to do them faster, but longer than 2:30 recovery would be necessary. Oh well
