Notes

This was a solid, difficult workout. 3-2-1. The 3 mile I felt like I was chilling - I looked at my watch more than I wanted, but that's fine. The 2 mile was very difficult. I felt like I was pushing hard from the start and had to keep telling myself to relax in my head and that it would be ok. The first mile was slow and I kept trying to throw little 5-10 second surges in to get my body right, which worked out. The third rep I was just tired, but we made it happen. Second half probably 10 seconds faster than the first.

Foot is sore, everything was cramping after, but it was ok.
