Got up early and ran it old plank. Did four sets of six minutes at threshold effort with the minute recovery followed by four sets of 30 seconds on 30 seconds off at will just say 5K effort. Felt like this went pretty well. First trip seemed way off with the GPS but I didn’t sweat it And just went on my way the last trip I could tell my foot landing wasn’t ideal so I could tell I was getting tired and the volume at that effort, which is all right. Sinuses were a little funky, but noted afterwards that the air quality was kind of bad again , all in all a good day
