Notes
First race of the year. At Eastern. I had high expectations. I ran 2:06 but I'm not unhappy with that. I ran a good race. Probably the most even 800 I've ever run. I also had a very good kick when I outkicked Carrot Top. I feel like I left a couple seconds out there, but I felt surprisingly tired on my third lap. But, its early. It's January. This was good to see what shape I'm in. Next week I bet will be faster.
Note: I feel like having a little more quality mileage would have helped out at this point, but we have four months to gain that quality mileage. I'm excited.
