This was fun. First set was 45 seconds between each rep followed by 3.5 between sets. Second set was 45 seconds and then 30 seconds because I felt super fresh after the first set. Farokhi alternated 400s with me so it was nice to have him out there. Thought lack of sleep and crap day was gonna hinder things, but just got into a groove. The last 4 was something like 38-33 -- felt locked in!
