What an awesome workout!! When's the last time I've been able to say that? 4x5 minute with 1 minute rest on a treadmill. Wasn't quite sure what threshold pace was. Started at 6:10 and ended at 6:00 for the first rep with minimal effort. Put it at 5:56 for the next two reps and still felt easy. The last rep I started at 5:52 and ended at 5:42. It felt so easy except I had a big cramp and acid was coming up on the last one. Fought through that and finished solid. This makes me feel so much better headed into the season because I know for sure the paces I was clocking and the effort I was putting forth. I can't wait to get out and I think this is what I needed to feel actual motivation for the season. No cooldown because I really gotta get moving to get ready for wedding.
Also note: shorter warm-up with very little in-between time.
