Practice was cancelled because of the late night watching McFarland, so I did this solo after class. I felt pretty tired from yesterday (2 runs and deadlift). Upper body surprisingly weak as well (I guess not that surprisingly, I haven't lifted in a month). I made sure to run through the arb, get some soft running and a couple hills in. I got back in the neighborhood and focused on having a fast finish. It felt good running hard when I was tired.
