Pretty good day. I was fairly tight on the warm-up, but loosened up over the course of the workout. The cooldown was not that fun because we were facing a tough wind and the snow was coming down really hard.

Did two sets of plyos afterwards -- added in an extra exercise, sort of like a one legged squat jump. It was tough. Core and upper body after.
