Ran mainly with Jackie today as Mike dropped off pretty early. Tried the alternate route at Swallow Cliff. After the first two miles, we picked it up and for the majority of the run (except the uphills) went the pace I probably would have gone the entire time (~7:15 pace). I could tell by the end of the run that Jackie was a little spent because normally she would try to pick it up those last two and the pace was lagging closer to 8 minute pace. Then the last half mile I took off (with permission) and finished up probably around 6:30 pace. Overall a great run today.
