Speed development day, practice cancelled because of storms but I went out to the track before the sun came out. Full speed routine building to 6 x 120 @ 800 pace w/ 2:30 recovery. Bounds were (17.4, 18.4). Felt pretty alright. Did lunge matrix, squat jumps and single leg bounds after the fact. Long cooldown chasing the shade.
Look to do a bit l8r.
