This was meant to be a sort of tune up workout for the meet on Saturday. I did not finish the workout as I could not hold my lunch in (or maybe last night's snack) and had to finish after 4 400s. The loop was too short and we were running too fast, so that part got messed up anyways. Kinda felt like this was a wasted day...

If you looped it (starting/stopping in the same place) the finger loop should have been close enough to 400 that the error in the mapping tool is negligible for our purpose. if you feel the day was wasted because of your stomach that's one thing, but the workout itself is meant to be easy and simply get your legs moving at a quicker pace without making you tired.
