Run this morning. Rolled out beforehand. Walked the first ten minutes and then ran. Initial intention was just a few minutes on, few minutes off. I did about a half mile or so, walked for a minute and then ran a mile back home. Heel pain is not overt, but I can still feel that tightness lurking. We'll see - Leslie is working on it every day and I'm wearing more supportive shoes - trying to be smart, but also trying not to get anxious. Chris Derrick just dropped out of his marathon the same day...
