Notes
Pretty good run this morning. Went solo to the arboretum and just did a couple different loops and threw in some hills as well. Running downhill is really the only things that is uncomfortable now. I thought I'd be a bit more sore today from yesterday, but I felt good with no consistent discomfort. I feel like after this week I can start building up again.
I've also been doing consistent strength work every day, just not logging.
