Easy day with the U crew. Warmed up 20 minutes, did some easy hills (would be more fun if CU had some terrain), and cooled down.

Hips were hurting last night from hurdle mobility, general soreness and fatigue today. Will play it by ear whether I do the workout tomorrow or Thursday, either way I'll get some running in at Waterfall/Swallow
