Notes

Fun workout today. Sore at the beginning from LR still, but worked my way into it and wasn't really pushing because I was running about 6:40 pace for the most part. Good to work with different groups and get some light quality work in. No need to push anything the next 10 days, but the Urbana kids are doing their hardest weeks the next two weeks - will be fun to figure out.
