Tough workout. Short, but tough. First 200-easy. First 400- easy. Second 400- Easy till the last 100. But, we ran these wrong. Just wierd uneven pacing throughout... people not knowing where the marks are still so they throw off their own pace. On the last 200 my legs were so tight going into it that I didn't think I'd be under 35, but I still hit 30. Going back to the 400's, it's tough with uneven pacing because the other guys have more leg speed than I do so they are able to make it up the last 100. I'm stuck behind them and it's better for me when I'm actually running as evenly as possible. Next time, I'll try to work something out to stay even. Not a workout where I should be slow on although it was windy in the first 200 of every 400 and still cold so probably subtract a second or so off the times.
