3-4-5-4-3 Fartlek. Felt fairly motivated today. 1 minute recovery. Second rep was long by 20 seconds and I shortened the rest by 10 seconds leading into the 3rd and 4th one. No effect on the third rep, but I felt it halfway through #4. Took the full minute after #4 and felt smooth on the last rep.
