Guess this means no trail mix pre-workout. I was primarily having acid reflux, which was inducing a bit of nausea. I probably was a little bit dehydrated as well. Whatever, I got in the work. Legs felt fine, just couldn't seem to find the right rhythm (would have been happy with 36's across the board), I guess we'll see what happens with this mile upcoming. Definitely makes me think back to the shape I was in two years ago at this time.
