3x8 Goblet squat. Shoot I did this with chains the first two sets and was hurting!
3x10 SL press
3x10 Dumbbell Press - got up to 50 that last set!
3x10 Push Press
3x10 skull crushers and kick backs
Pull-ups and chin-ups, had a tough time so these kind of just became hangs
Push-ups

And I feel sore today! (The next day)
