Ran this with Willie on the track. This is the maintenance workout for the team - everyone else will be doing it Wednesday. It seems exceptionally easy, but as this is the last weekend for most everyone, I'm sure it serves as a good confidence booster for them.

Did hurdle mobility, got a good stretch session in, and did some rolling. The bottoms of my feet hurt from all the time in uncomfortable shoes. Looking forward to the end at Destihl and should probably get a new pair for Bene.
